About Karlene

Meet Karlene Myers, lead consultant at MyHR Consultant. As a holder of a Bachelors degree in Management Studies and International Relations, along with a certification as a Certified Professional Human Resource (CPHR), she understands the value and the mutual beneficial relationship that exists between an organization and its workforce. Having amassed over 20 years of experience in the field of human resources (HR), Karlene has extensive knowledge in HR ranging from assisting organizations and non-profits in full cycle recruiting for entry to senior level team members. Overseeing and where non existent, establishing operational HR procedures for onboarding and off boarding employees, contractors and leaders. It is helping leaders understand and navigate various employee standards, collective agreements, policies and procedures and more. Guiding organizations in choosing or managing its benefits and disability programs that meet both organization and employees needs. Most importantly, its being that strategic partner at the table to ensure the business growth and success.

At the  end of day, Karlene knows an organization is made up of people who are its leaders and its employees, so she partners with the organization as an objective voice to ensure success while guiding and advising them.
